Recursive Hierarchies directly in Power BI

Power BI does not natively offer the option to display recursive hierarchies, such as parts lists.
That is why we have developed a visualization that makes this possible!

There are two versions of the visualization: a table visualization and chart visualization:

The “Recursive Hierarchy Chart” is perfect for graphically representing parts lists and analyzing the relationships between items.

It resembles a standard Power BI decomposition tree visualization and can be used by users in the same way.

The "Recursive Hierarchy Table" is perfect for analyzing bills of materials and obtaining detailed information about each item.

Users can intuitively interact with the data since the visual resembles a standard Power BI Matrix and offers many of the same customization options
